RCC’s approach is guided by the Conceptual Framework to Operationalize a Culture of Equity developed by its founder through a multi-methodological qualitative study conducted in 2023. This interoperable conceptual framework combines theory, practical experience, and imaginative exploration to foster a thriving workplace culture.
